9 year old pleads guilty to murder
A 9-year-old Arizona boy charged with fatally shooting his father and another man pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of negligent homicide under terms of a plea agreement that does not specify jail time but places him on "intensive probation." The boy was accused of killing his father, Vincent Romero, 29, and Tim Romans, 39, who rented a room in Romero's home in St. Johns, Arizona. Both men were found dead at the home November 5, and police said the next day that the boy confessed to shooting them with a .22-caliber weapon. The boy must remain on probation until he turns 18 and must undergo diagnostic and mental health evaluations at the ages of 9, 12, 15 and 17½. The boy signed the agreement in shaky cursive handwriting.

How can anyone harm a child?
It seems like all we hear on the news now a days, is about parents killing their young children. How could someone take the life of their own child? If they didn't want their child or couldn't take care of it, why not give the child to someone who would love them like one of their own. There are so many families in the world that would love to have a child of their own but they can't, and here are people killing their child because they don't want them. I think we need to stand up for the rights of children, who can't fend for themselves.

Florida Police Need Your Help!!
A third night passes and still no sign of Haleigh Cummings, the five-year-old girl who vanished from her home. Haleigh Cummings hasn't been seen since Monday when she went to bed at her father's home in Satsuma. Haleigh was put to bed around 8:00 p.m. by the babysitter/girlfriend of the father. The girlfriend went to bed around 11:00 p.m. and says she was in the bed sleeping. The girlfriend woke up around 3:00 a.m. to use the bathroom and found the back door propped open, and Haleigh gone. The father got home 30 minutes later, then the police were called. If you have any information please call 1-800-FL MISSING or the Putnam County Sheriffs Office at 386-329-0808.

Justice for Caylee
Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, will finally be put to rest tomorrow after she was murdered by her mother, Casey. Casey allegedly wrapped duck tape around her daughters mouth to keep her quiet, then murdered her. After Caylee was dead, Casey put a heart shapped sticker on the duck tape by Caylee's mouth, Casey then wrapped little Caylee in her favorite Winnie the Pooh blanket, placed her in a laundry hamper, and finally put her in a garbage bag. Casey placed little Caylee in the trunk of her car for two days or longer before finally dumping her body only 15 houses away in a heavily wooded area. Casey told athorities that Zenida, the nanny, took Caylee. Authorites found the nanny, but the nanny had never once baby sat for the family. Caylee's body was found six months after she was reported missing. Casey is facing first degree mureder charges in the death of her 2 year old daughter. Casey continues to claim that she did not know where her daughter was, because the nanny had her. I believe that this is a lie and that she murdered her daughter.

Gravel truck slinging rocks
About a month ago, I got a new windshield put in my car. On my way home from school yesterday, I passed a gravel truck who was slinging rocks everywhere. As soon as i got next to him five rocks hit my windshield, but the last one busted it. I went to go get it fixed, but they said they could not fix it because it was a perfect circle and if they tried that part of the glass could come out. The only bad part is that if it starts to run, I will have to put a new windshield in my car again just to get a new inspection sticker. Is there any thing we can do about the gravel truck slinging rocks everywhere? If you have any suggestions let me know.

6 more weeks of winter
As of Wednesday, we have six more weeks of winter. Punxsutawney Phil (The world’s most famous furry forecaster) saw his shadow after being pulled from his burrow in an oak stump at 7:31 a.m. by a top-hatted handler. I can't wait for winter to be over, because I really don't like the cold weather. It seems that it takes so much more to stay warm, than it does to cool off. WINTER HURRY AND END!!!

Rules
The dance competition went well, but it could have went better. Some of the winners did not deserve to win, because there were a lot of people better than them. I think the people over the competition needs to give you the rules and regulations paper before the day of the competition, and not on the day. A couple of our girls did not place because on the rules and regulations paper it said knee drops were illegal. We did not know that until that morning, and by then it was to late to try and change the dances. I mean how are we suppose to know that if we don't get the paper before the competition. I am just frustrated about how the competition was ran, but other than that issue it went very well.
