9 year old pleads guilty to murder
A 9-year-old Arizona boy charged with fatally shooting his father and another man pleaded guilty Thursday to one count of negligent homicide under terms of a plea agreement that does not specify jail time but places him on "intensive probation." The boy was accused of killing his father, Vincent Romero, 29, and Tim Romans, 39, who rented a room in Romero's home in St. Johns, Arizona. Both men were found dead at the home November 5, and police said the next day that the boy confessed to shooting them with a .22-caliber weapon. The boy must remain on probation until he turns 18 and must undergo diagnostic and mental health evaluations at the ages of 9, 12, 15 and 17½. The boy signed the agreement in shaky cursive handwriting.

It seems today that all you see
ReplyDeleteIs violence in movies and sex on TV
But where are those good old-fashioned values
On which we use to rely?
Lucky there's a Family Guy
Lucky there's a man who, positively can do
All the things that make us laugh and cry
He's our Family Guy!
I heard on Fox & Friends this morning that there were some circumstances that they did not reveal to the public, which is why they didn't give him any jail time.
